Tony Carr, a native of Liverpool, UK, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply and the founder of SCOPE Consulting GmbH, a consulting practice focused on supply chain and procurement solutions based in Basel, CH. 

Tony has 30 years procurement and supply chain experience gained across 6 diverse markets including retail, automotive, semi-conductor, aerospace, FMCG and Pharmaceuticals. 

Over the last 12 years in Pharma, Tony has managed products through successful PAI and controlled commercial and manufacturing supply chains for multiple, global products. He also created the global footprint for indirect procurement at Baxalta, controlling $2b of spend. His sourcing expertise spans multiple direct and indirect categories with a focus on low cost countries and risk management.
